• Maintenance and utilities except telephone (including heating, air conditioning, water, garbage
  removal and basic cable television service)
• Two meals a day
• Weekly maid service
• Scheduled transportation, planned social and recreational activities

No large entrance fee is required. A security deposit, equal to one month's service fee on the apartment-home selected, is payable upon move-in. It will be deposited into an escrow account and is refundable to the resident, or his estate, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Residence Agreement.

The monthly service fee is payable by the fifth day of each month. Fees vary according to the size of floorplan that is selected.
